**If you are a former patient and are requesting that Dr. Fletcher communicate with a new treatment provider or are requesting records. Please call 480-448-5547 to request records. Please note their is a 12-14 business day turn around time for records release requests and release of information paperwork needs to be completed prior.

If you are seeking to hire Dr. Fletcher for lived experience DID consultation, speaking engagements, experiential retreat-community workshops, mentorship, coaching, or media interviews her or a member of her team will respond if the opportunity is aligned with the global mission. Please note that not all requests for engagements are followed up on.

Podcast requests to be a guest on Trailblazing the Way are not currently being accepted. If you would like Dr. Fletcher to be a guest on your podcast she or a member of her team will respond it aligns with the global mission.

If you are interested in the Trailblazing the Way Mentorship Program a waitlist is currently being maintained.
