I have come forward.
I am a survivor of familial child s*x trafficking and as a person living with dissociative identity disorder (DID), I continue to believe there is always hope.
For 23 years I have worked in the field of mental health, in diverse roles including psychologist, consultant, inspirational speaker, experiential retreat facilitator and mentor. Through various modalities, including customized workshops, retreats, and mentorship programs, I have worked to help communities of people step into their truths and find freedom from what’s holding them back. I provide guidance to mental health professionals and programs who desire a holistic approach to their treatment plans.
I’m here to break the stigma around trauma, trafficking, and mental health conditions by sharing my advanced understanding and experience as a psychologist, and my personal story as a survivor of extreme trauma and a person living with a highly misunderstood mental health condition.
You can still have joy as you embrace your healing and learn to shine your light! You can turn your pain into purpose.
I can help - I have walked the same path.
Services
I am proof there is hope, and I want to release more of it into the world. My goal is to bridge the gap between the professional and the personal because… I’ve lived it. I am on a mission to bring hope, love, and inspiration through consultation, speaking to audiences around the world, mentorship programs, and creative expressions. Let us all shine brightly - as ourselves.

Arts for Parts
Welcome to the Art for Parts! Art has long been a safe and creative space for us and we wanted to bring this forward in community.
This is a 3-week Art for Parts Dissociative workshop which consists of three groups that are two hours long each. You can choose to commit to all three weeks or drop in.
This group experience is for people who are living with OSDD and DID. Please note this is not an art therapy program and this is not a continuing education workshop. No superbills and no CE's will be provided. This is a mentorship/coaching group.
**Next group dates: Wednesday’s February 5th, 12th, & 19th
We look forward to creating art with you and your parts!
Warmly,
Adrienne & Co
Author
Released into the world November of 2022 and featured in the Los Angeles Times, I am the author of One Soul, Multiple Expressions: POEMS BY THE PARTS. This poetry collection traverses the many stages of healing, and shows how creative expression can teach us how to survive horrific trauma. Even amid darkness, healing is possible. My hope was to bridge the gap between survivors and practitioners, bringing a message of hope that they are not alone. Truth, pain, and beauty reside within these pages.
As such, I’m honored to offer you a look inside the book, with a free download of our poem: Different
**Note: Please read with care. This book is meant for mature audiences given there is mention of trauma and abuse.
**As of December 2024, we are currently revising the book as the parts are working to incorporate new graphics with their new poems and remove those that are no longer in alignment. Their system name will be added to the cover, the dedication and acknowledgment section will be updated and the next edition will include an open letter to members of the DID community which will capture both the beauty and the hardship of public disclosure. It will also include letters to their former therapist’s.
Additionally, I am an ongoing contributing writer for the national publication, Psychology Today, and I feel honored to share my story of triumph and resilience as a trauma survivor, and my expert insights in guest columns and articles.
I am currently writing a book for New Harbinger Publications:The Experiential Toolbox for Dissociative Identity Disorder. Estimated publication 2025!

Dr. Adrian Fletcher
I am a licensed psychologist, consultant, expert mental health speaker, and author.
I want to share my journey of resiliency and healing from trauma as both a person and a professional with lived experience with dissociative identities. I help individuals and communities break the myths and stigmas surrounding mental health challenges. I want to share my story of recovery to bring hope and inspiration to others; to share the message that you are not alone, regardless of your diagnosable condition. I offer a unique perspective — from both the lens of a client and that of a therapist. People deserve to be seen, heard, and validated, and that is the perspective I bring to everything I do.
My passion is providing consultation and education to other therapists, private practices, and facilities to unlock challenges and empower them to help their clients from a holistic perspective. I enjoy speaking to groups of people inside and outside of the mental health community to motivate, educate, and inspire them to discover their purposes and achieve their dreams.
I believe all things are possible and I want people to shine and live the life they are wholeheartedly meant to live. I strive to serve the collective community with vulnerability, transparency and authenticity. I believe these are the necessary ingredients to create a safer and more enjoyable world for all of us because there is no “health” without mental health.
