Trailblazing The Way
Dissociative Community Mentorship Program

I/we can’t wait to create community with you(s)!

I am a nationally recognized expert on trauma and person living with dissociative identities. I have two decades of experience working in mental health, and over 40 years of experience navigating life as a victim, survivor, and now thriver.

All PARTs Are Welcome

Welcome to the Trailblazing the Way (formerly Braving the Way) Virtual Dissociative Community Mentorship Program, I’m so glad you are here. I created this program because I wanted to hold space for all of us, and all of our parts, to have a place of community and support. This program is for systems looking to learn from one another, to connect, to laugh, and have healthy fun while learning strategies to support the overall wellness of your system. Together, we’ll create an emotionally safe place for your system to support the overall improvement and quality of your(s) life.

* Please note that there will be a preliminary screening process to determine acceptance into the program, to ensure this is the appropriate fit for all participants and to ensure emotional safety of this peer group.

What is the Trailblazing the Way Community Mentorship Program?

What does it mean to join me in this program?
In this 8-week journey, you’ll experience the following:

  • Get connected with the dissociative community

  • Learn from each other through open dialogue

  • Participate in experiential exercises such as writing, art, and music - to connect more deeply with your system of PARTS

  • Learn how to cultivate emotional safety with your parts

  • Strengthen your sense of hope

  • Learn empowering boundaries to support you and your parts overall well-being

  • Learn to LET loose a little! We’ll have fun and laugh, as we use humor as part of this program to lighten the darkness so much of us has experienced

  • Learn how to develop a support system outside of the program

  • Hold HOPE for one another as we navigate 8 magical weeks in a sacred container

  • Engage in supporter night by bringing a friend, supporter, or loved one to an educational supporter night

Upon completion of the program, there will be a virtual ceremony. Together, we’ll gather in appreciation, and experience a wishes activity for all members to carry forward the legacy of the magic we created in this space.

Myself and my PARTs are committed to supporting the group through the program, and group guidelines will also be established together on our welcoming night. The program is developed in process with collaboration of each group participant in each cohort.

We all know that participation in a group is so powerful, and we also understand that half the battle is simply showing up. While there are no guarantees of any outcome, it’s usually the night you don’t want to go, that may just be the night that changes your life. Magic tends to happen when you least expect it.

Please join me and your peers as we all learn to brave the way together, with each other, and to show others that this is possible for them too, whether they decide to join the program or not.

We are honored to hold this space for you and all parts of you.
