Telehealth
What does Telehealth Look Like?
With the advances in technology, online sessions are provided on a secure digital platform. These sessions afford clients a great amount of flexibility in your preferred environment, most often from the comfort of your own home. This digital option can be especially helpful for those that may find it challenging to travel to an office due to work schedules, family, location, weather and road conditions, or any other personal or practical reasons.
How Does It Work?
There are a variety of ways that telehealth can work, and most, if not all, of my clients feel just as connected during a secure video conferencing session.
I hold telehealth sessions in a quiet and confidential space, providing the same atmosphere and experience that you would experience in an in-person session. I encourage all clients to set up a quiet, cozy, and confidential space for their session so that they can be supported and mindful of their own confidentiality.
*Dr. Fletcher only provides telehealth psychotherapy for residents of Arizona.
